About Mohr Designs

My goal is to create a home you truly love—one that feels as good to live in as it is to look at, with thoughtful functionality built seamlessly into every detail. I believe everyone deserves a home that truly expresses who they are and how they live.

Mohr Designs is a full-service interior design studio; also offering flexible, smaller-scale packages—simply providing you with expert guidance throughout areas of your project, rather than comprehensive support.

Additionally, all of my services are offered in-person or virtually, allowing us to accept clients far and wide! With the variety of services I offer, I’m able tailor to both homeowners and fellow industry professionals. Mohr Designs is structured to be accessible by both demographics so I can provide high-quality, professional design services to everyone—whether it’s drafting, furniture updates, or a full-gut renovation.

    Paint Consultation

    My paint consultation is to help you find your perfect colour.

    First, we’ll discuss what you want to achieve in your space. Aesthetics, mood, brighten the space, or create a feature.

    Once we’ve determined your goal, I’ll assist you in finding the perfect colour by pulling a few initial options; then narrow down our choices based on how you feel towards the initial selections.

    Fixture and Finish Selections

    In this selections package I will guide you through the selections process, ensuring every element not only corresponds colour and style with each other, but will achieve the overall design you’re aiming for.

    This package comes in two options: I can either source products for you and present a curated selection, making your design journey effortless and manageable, or, if you know exactly what you want, we’ll visit a showroom where you can explore a wide variety and choose the perfect pieces.

    Furniture and Decor

    The furniture and decor package is a great option to transform your home without a full renovation.

    I will source pieces to fit your needs both in look and function, ensuring it will endure everyday use in your home. Once we’ve narrowed down the options to your perfect pieces, we will have a meeting where you’ll get to see and feel all the finish options. This allows you to be confident you’ll love every piece. Along with compiling furniture options for you, I will also present layout options.

    Layout Planning

    This service is for anyone wanting to refresh their space while keeping their existing furniture.

    I will present new layout options utilizing what you already have. I’ll create a space tailored to your needs—whether it’s designed for conversation, entertaining, relaxation, or just a visual reset.

    Drafting and Renderings

    My drafting and rendering package can service both homeowners and contractors or other designers.

    For the homeowners, if you’re considering a renovation but are having trouble envisioning a new design, this package will give you a few design layouts without committing to an entire renovation. I can also provide you with renderings, whether you pick your own finishes or pair this package with our Fixture and Finish service.

    For fellow industry professionals, if you’re in needing to delegate drafting for a lighter workload. I can provide you with as-built drawings, or new design. Another way this service can be of use to you, is if you’re in need of renderings. Once provided with measurements and selections I will create renderings to help envision the space before jumping into construction.
